Calcium-magnesium carbonate

Compound of calcium and magnesium carbonates MgCO3 and CaCO3, mainly caused by transformation of the limestone by dolomitisation process, whereby the limestone is enriched in magnesium carbonate because of the replacement of calcium ion by magnesium ion.

Good quality with 18% to 22% MgCO3 content is considered.

Our dolomites contain 21% being considered the best Dolomite market for their high performance and excellent whiteness.
